The August Luncheon will feature:

Caleb Ratliff

Secretary of the Young Lawyers Division,

State Bar of Georgia 

Caleb H. Ratliff practices in the areas of real estate transactions, trusts and estate administration, and landlord/tenant disputes. He currently serves as the County Administrator in Floyd County for Probate Court matters.

Mr. Ratliff  was named as the recipient of the 2024 Joe Dent Hospitality Award within the YLD for his service to the YLD.

In 2025, Mr. Ratliff was elected as the Secretary of the Young Lawyers Division and currently serves in that role.
