The GCBA Family Law Section is hosting the following CLE:

Evidence - Social Media Evidence in Family Law Cases

The CLE will consist of three presentations.  

1. Social Media Evidence: A Brief Survey of Critical Concepts, Distinctions and Applications Under the Georgia and Federal Rules of Evidence
   

• Presented By: Michael Scott Carlson
• AV Rated Georgia Trial and Appellate Attorney
• Published Legal Author and Lecturer. His book, Carlson on Evidence, will be available for purchase at the program.

2. A Judicial Panel about social media evidence in family law trials will be moderated by Dodie Sachs and will consist of Gwinnett County Superior Court Judges and Full Time Magistrate Judges. 

3. From Posts to Proof: Preserving and Presenting Social Media Evidence

• Presented by: Lisa Marie Chambers and Ervin Hall
